Idea
To enable employees of the organization to stay connected on all modes of communication. A lightweight and highly customizable mobile application with contact details of all employees irrespective of departments and hierarchies.
Challenge
Employees not in frequent contact with teammates from different departments or business units found it difficult when a member is not available on official modes of communication and their unofficial contact details are not readily available.
Result
The Employee Directory application, in addition to enabling faster and effective communication, gave the organization a platform to create a customized team connect mobile application for Android and iOS operating systems.
